Oh, that sweet little face. Poor wee Willow! Your story made me tear up. I also found this site through Cat Can Cook, as I’m also a beader, like Lisa above. I have six cats at the moment, five of whom are strays/rescue cats. I don’t know what I would do without them. They say that dogs are man’s best friend, but there is nothing in the world quite like the love of a cat, is there?

I am so sorry to read the loss of your furbaby. I have only just discovered this website via your catcancook site, but I can tell how caring and loving you are. I am sure that Willow was thankful to have found such a loving mummy and daddy in her last chapter on earth. The love you showed her would have completed her life. It’s a horrible, horrible decision to have to make for her, but when your poor furbaby is so so poorly, and cannot understand or make the decision, you did the thing that was kindest. Thank you for sharing Willows story.

What a beautiful tribute to your beloved kitty. It is so good of you to try to save her life … and then to allow her the decency of a quick end. I found your site looking for a banana muffin recipe. As an avid beader myself, your bead site drew me in … and then, the pet lover in me responded to this. Your creations are lovely. I esp. like the chunky bracelet with all the beads and leaves.
